Dust Control for Woodworking Sawing

Get A Quote

Sawing

The saw blade performs cutting at high cutting speeds to cut through wood. During this process, a large amount of dust is generated, and large particles of dust will ultimately accumulate on the machine table and the surrounding. Fine dust particles will float in the surrounding air during the sawing process which will produce adverse respiratory health effects.

When dust is accumulated to a certain amount, the risk to catch fire will increase; and when the dust concentration in the air is larger, it would be easy to cause an explosion, which will threaten the safety of employees.

Solutions

Generally, the sawing machine is provided with a hood in the direction of the saw blade rotation. A dust suction port is provided on the hood. Depending upon the size of the saw blade and the diameter of the dust suction port, our VJFX series automatic discharge industrial dust collector or its explosion-proof version, and VJFG series moderate-high pressure dust collector or its explosion-proof version VJFGB series can be selected.
