Villo and Aerospace Additive (Beijing) Drive Innovation in Large-Scale 3D Printing

On August 21, Villo and Aerospace Additive Manufacturing Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereafter, Aerospace Additive) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Dongguan to launch the Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing Demonstration Plant Project. The partnership marks a major step forward in combining aerospace innovation with advanced civilian manufacturing.

Aerospace Additive Technology, as the national innovation platform for additive manufacturing and the MIIT-designated leader in aerospace additive equipment, brings strong expertise in aerospace-grade technologies.

Villo, a high-tech enterprise based in Dongguan, is committed to advancing smart and safe manufacturing solutions under its vision of “Technology Integrated · Safety Assured.”

Together, the two companies will establish a demonstration plant centered on meter-scale, ultra-large additive manufacturing systems. Once operational, this facility will position Villo among China’s leading providers of large-scale additive manufacturing services, meeting the demands of aerospace and other high-tech industries.

Ceremony Highlights

The signing ceremony was witnessed by company leaders, industry experts, and local government representatives. The event also featured technical sharing sessions from Villo, Aerospace Additive, Shenzhen Xihe, and Shenzhen Zhongzhi, followed by open discussions to encourage collaboration.

The cooperation will extend across R&D, technology development, project applications, application services, and market expansion. With strong government support and combined expertise, this partnership will accelerate the transformation from “Made in China” to “Created in China.”
