First of all, we all know that the principle of industrial dust collector and household dust collector is basically the same, through the fan or air pump so that the air inside the machine is pumped out, so that the pressure difference inside and outside the machine, the higher the pressure difference, the stronger the suction power. The principle structure of dust collector is actually very simple, the main structure a vortex air pump or fan to pump air, debris by the suction nozzle through the dust pipe into the machine, first into a filter, after the primary filtration, and then the fine dust air and then through a special high-efficiency filter, after the second fan exhaust port discharge.

Daily maintenance
In the operation of the industrial vacuum dust extractor, there should be a person for management and make a good record of work.
Dust collector and electric control equipment should be operated and overhauled by a person, and the operator must fully grasp the performance, structure and operating procedures of the dust collector, and deal with the problems found in time to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Regularly measure the process parameters, such as flow, temperature, pressure, etc. If abnormalities are found, the cause should be found and dealt with in a timely manner.
Regularly check the working condition of the gas circuit system and ash discharge system, and if abnormalities are found, they should be eliminated in time.
When shutdown, after the process system stops, the industrial dust vacuum cleaner and induced draft fan should be kept to continue to work at no load for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the equipment, it must be noted that when the vacuum cleaner stops working, the dust on the filter cartridge must be removed by repeated dust cleaning operations on the vacuum cleaner (manual dust cleaning is available) to prevent the influence of moisture and paste blocking the filter cartridge.
Before checking the electrical parts and power cord regularly, remember to cut off the power first.
