The liquid preparation is sprayed into a mist by high pressure, and at the same time, a dry high-temperature gas is introduced to quickly dry the mist preparation into a powder and settle on the bottom of the machine. The inside of the dryer is a closed environment and the amount of air that is passed in needs to be discharged in time to ensure that the pressure inside the dryer is balanced.

Solutions

The exhaust gas contains fluttering preparation powder and a small amount of water, which needs to be filtered through a dust collector before being discharged into the air. Our VJF and VJFB industrial dust collectors can be selected according to the specific dust properties. If the dust needs to be recycled or the production workshop has requirements, the machine can be customized to 304 or 316 material.
