The liquid formulation is sprayed into a mist through high pressure, and at the same time, a dry high-temperature gas is introduced, so that the mist formulation is quickly dried into powder and settled at the bottom of the machine. The inside of the dryer is a closed environment, and the air volume must be discharged in time to ensure the pressure inside the dryer is balanced.

Solutions

The exhaust gas contains fluttering preparation powder and a small amount of water, which needs to be filtered through a dust collector before being discharged into the air. Our VJF and VJFB industrial dust collectors can be selected according to the specific dust properties. If the dust needs recycling or the production workshop has requirements, the machine can be customized to 304 or 316 material.
